Martlerhof Mauls

The Martlerhof is a traditional farm that was first mentioned in the land register in 1288. It is situated at 1100 metres above sea level above the Himmelreich gorge. From here you have a wonderful view over Mauls and the Maulser valley.

Hereditary farm

1992 was an important year for us at the Martlerhof.
This year we were ceremoniously conferred the ‘Erbhof’ award.
The Erbhof award is given to South Tyrolean farms,
which have been owned by the same family for at least 200 years.

Our milk is processed by Sterzinger Milchhof

We have had a trustworthy partner for our milk since 1992. Since that year, the milk from our cows, which are milked twice a day, has been delivered to the Milchhof Sterzing. Milchhof Sterzing then refines the milk into butter and yoghurt. Of course, the raw material milk is also subject to strict controls which we also have to pass. But top quality is rewarded. That is why we have received the milk award several times for all our efforts.

Quality South Tyrol

Our milk falls under the brand Quality South Tyrol. This is controlled according to strict guidelines.
The milk is also guaranteed GMO-free.
